If I can borrow a cliché here... Sometimes it really does seem like yesterday that I left high school. And then the grey in what little hair I have left on my head, and the abundance on my chin, make me do the math and realize twenty years ago I was starting my final year at Kennebecasis Valley High School in Quispamsis, NB. I find it absolutely HYSTERICAL when Facebookers "Like" The Bear FB page for the sole purpose of bringing down the hate of our radio station, our listeners, our page, etc.

I posted a pic of Honey Boo Boo's mother this morning (if you haven't seen that "Reality" TV show, you don't need to. Trust me... it's horrible). I asked "Who has seen this show?". Simple question.

Alex was the first poster to comment, questioning the thread's validity, stating that The Bear is a "cesspool of mindless stupidity".

I've checked Alex's personal page (since he's allowed to creep on ours) and found what I thought I'd see. People are selfish, corporations are greedy, etc, etc. And then I found this photo.

Classy, Alex. Looks like you're the only one allowed to have any fun.

So the story goes...

Jay Leno took a pay cut a few weeks back to save staffers from getting axed. His show is on NBC. Stern is on NBC as he's the host of America's Got Talent. Stern took to the air to say what he really thinks of Leno (spoiler alert: it's not a great review). So Stern gets reprimanded by NBC for the comments, which of course he wasn't going to keep quiet about...

So this is apparently a 19th century masterpiece. A fresco on the side of a church in Spain. Well over a hundred years old.

Some old lady, a parishoner, was upset that it was starting to look a little shabby.

So she took it upon herself to fix it up. Now, restoration experts say it's pretty much ruined.

Nicely done, old lady.

Normally when you ask Jason Alexander, "What have you been up to lately?" his response is "...makin' it rain with my Seinfeld bills, yo!"

OK. You got me. Jason Alexander has rarely "made it rain", though he certainly could with all that sweet syndication dough. Apparently he needed a few more bucks because he agreed to appear in Nickelback's latest video for "Trying Not to Love You".

Van Halen were the focus of an hour-long TV special in Japan earlier this week.

The quality isn't the best, but if you're a big VH fan it won't matter one bit! David Lee Roth and Eddie and Alex Van Halen at Dave’s house, in a session that was filmed just two weeks ago.

Lamb of God singer, Randy Blythe, has just returned home to the United States after spending over a month in a Czech prison after being charged with manslaughter. Blythe allegedly pushed a fan off the stage back in 2010 during a performance and unfortunately the teen late died. There is a lot of speculation about exactly what happened the night of the concert, but one thing is for sure and that's that Randy Blythe has stepped up to the plate. He's been back home in Richmond, Virginia since August 3rd and he's penned this note to his fans.
