It is tough to dress up when you are a guitar player.

You know, as green and clean Ottawa is, it can't seem to get the Garbage Biz down.

Bad contracts, change stuffed down our throat without Public Consultation, a Green Bin Program that isn't working, a Dump that no one wants,  and bi-weekly pickup -- that the majority hate.

Not only that, and probably because we dislike the set up, we don't match up to the most produtive Cities -- when it comes to waste from Landfills.

We are way off the mark here in fact.

We are at only a 40% diversion rate, near the bottom of the barrel and way off our City projections.

Some City Councillors are starting to finally wise up this; Scott Moffit says we should be allowed to use plastic bags in our maggoty green bins like many other towns (duh).....

Bob Monette didn't vote for the Bi-weekly pick up.  That seems to have tuned people ...

Well, the guy got suspended.  Ah yeah.  As it should be. 

Reminds me of the Movie “Happy Gilmour” when Grandma had that terrible orderly played by Ben Stiller.  Shush Gramma.
