Spanish metal band
Baron Rojo was formed in 1981 by sibling singers/guitarists
Armando and Carlos De Castro in tandem with bassist José Luis Campuzano and drummer
Hermes Calabria. Signing to the Chapa label, the group issued its debut album Larga Vida al Rock, releasing a new album annually prior to disbanding in 1988. Four years later, the De Castro brothers reformed
Baron Rojo with new bassist Ángel Arias and drummer
José Martos, releasing
Desafio on Avispa;
Arma Secreta followed on Clave five years later.
